🔎 Early preview — a small, real corpus of public positions, paraphrased with receipts. Coverage is early and incomplete. Pages marked “sample” still show labeled synthetic layout data.

1. What Validity is

Validity is a reference publication and a self-assessment tool.

The map reports what named health and longevity experts have publicly said, organized by topic. Every position is paraphrased in our own words and linked to the place the person said it. We report; we do not judge. Validity never states that a claim is true, correct, or advisable. That an expert appears on Validity is not an endorsement of that expert by us, or of Validity by them.

The assessment asks you questions about your habits, measurements and symptoms, and produces wellness scores. Those scores are computed on your own device and describe general wellness only.

Validity is available to residents of the United States who are 18 or older.

2. Validity is not medical care

Validity does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Nothing on Validity — no score, no band, no topic page, no paraphrase of what an expert said — should be used to make a medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and before making changes to diet, exercise, supplements or medication.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Experts quoted on Validity may hold professional credentials. We deliberately do not display them, because doing so would imply Validity is delivering clinical guidance. It is not.

3. Accuracy, and what we promise

We take accuracy seriously enough to measure it. Every claim carries a link to its source so you can check it yourself, and we publish our own measured error rates on our methodology page rather than asking you to take our word for it.

What we promise: that each paraphrase is our honest attempt to represent what the source says, and that the link points at the place we drew it from.

What we do not promise: that the underlying claim is true. Experts disagree, evidence changes, and people revise their views. Where we know a person's position has changed, we show both and say so.

Found something wrong? Email corrections@validity.health. We take corrections seriously and act on them.

4. Accounts

You need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep your email address current — it is how we send billing notices you are legally entitled to receive.

You may close your account at any time.

5. Membership, billing and automatic renewal

Please read this section carefully. It describes charges that recur automatically.

5.1 Annual membership — $49.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial

When you start a free trial you must provide a payment method. Here is exactly what happens:

We will show you the price, the exact date of the first charge, and the renewal schedule before you enter payment details, and we will ask you to agree to automatic renewal as a separate, unbundled step. Immediately after signup we email you these terms along with a working cancellation link.

5.2 Founding membership — $199.99 once

The Founding Membership is a one-time payment of $199.99 for lifetime access, limited to the first 500 members. It does not renew and you will not be charged again. Where we display the number of founding memberships claimed, that figure is the real live count.

"Lifetime" means for as long as Validity operates. If Validity shuts down, Section 5.5 applies.

5.3 Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, in your account settings, in one step. Because you signed up online, you can cancel online — we will never require you to call, email, chat, or explain yourself.

If we offer you anything to stay, it will appear beside a working cancel button, never in front of one.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5.4 Renewal reminders

Before each annual renewal we email you a reminder that includes the renewal date, the amount, and a link to cancel.

5.5 Refunds and price changes

If you are charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email support@validity.health and we will refund it.

Beyond that, annual memberships are refundable within [14] days of a charge if you have not made substantial use of the service. Founding memberships are refundable within [30] days.

We may change prices for future terms. If we do, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, with enough notice for you to cancel first. A price increase never applies to a term you have already paid for, and never to a Founding Membership.

If Validity ceases operating, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any annual membership. For Founding Memberships we will refund on a pro-rata basis over.

6. What you may and may not do

Validity is for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may read, use the assessment, and share links to Validity pages.

You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-download Validity; resell or redistribute our content; use it to train a machine learning model; remove attribution or source links; or present our paraphrases as your own or as the experts' verbatim words.

We use automated tools to gather publicly published material, and we hold ourselves to the standards described at validity.health/crawler. We ask the same courtesy.

7. Content and intellectual property

Our paraphrases, topic organization, scoring method, assessment questions and the site itself belong to The Little Guy LLC.

The underlying statements belong to the people who made them. We paraphrase in our own words, keep excerpts short, link every claim to its source, and never reproduce full articles or transcripts. We believe this is lawful reporting. If you are a rights holder who disagrees, contact corrections@validity.health and we will engage promptly and in good faith.

Names and marks of experts and organizations are used for identification and reporting only, and do not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

8. How we make money

Members pay us. That is the entire business model.

We take no money from any expert or organization we cover. We run no advertising, no affiliate links, and no sponsored placements. No one can pay to appear on Validity, to be described favorably, or to be left off.

9. Service changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features. We may add, remove or re-cover experts and topics as our coverage grows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, principally for scraping, redistribution, or payment fraud. Where circumstances allow we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused portion.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Validity is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current, or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Little Guy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.

There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms. That is a deliberate choice. You keep every right you would otherwise have to bring a claim, including in small-claims court, which is often the fastest and cheapest option for a dispute about a subscription.

Nothing in this section limits your right to contact a state or federal consumer-protection agency.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email registered members and post the new effective date here before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Validity after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, cancel and we will refund the unused portion of your current term.
